  • eBee provides a hyperlocal marketplace for ordering food, groceries, medicines, cakes, gifts, and services.

  • Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information during registration and ordering.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through the app are subject to availability from vendors and service providers.

  • Payments can be made via cash, digital wallets, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other methods available on the platform.

  • eBee is not liable for delays caused by vendors, delivery partners, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds will be processed as per vendor and company policies.

  • Cancellation of orders may not be possible once the vendor has accepted and prepared the order.

  • Wallet refunds (if applicable) may take 2–7 business days.


4. User Responsibilities

  • You must not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.

  • Respectful communication with vendors, delivery partners, and customer support is mandatory.

  • Misuse of referral, cashback, or loyalty programs may lead to account suspension.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and designs of eBee are the property of the company.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse eBee’s brand assets without permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • eBee acts as a facilitator between customers, vendors, and service providers.

  • We are not responsible for product quality, delays, or damages caused by vendors or third parties.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.


7. AI-Powered Conversational Commerce

  • eBee uses AI assistants to make ordering simple and interactive.

  • While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for reviewing their orders before confirming.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
