At eBee – India’s Last Minute App, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel an order and request a refund.
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before the vendor accepts/prepares the order.
Once an order has been accepted and processed by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.
For services, cancellation requests must be made before the service provider has been dispatched.
If an order is cancelled before acceptance, the full amount will be refunded.
If the vendor is unable to fulfill the order, the payment will be refunded.
Refunds for failed or incomplete orders will be processed to the original payment method.
Wallet refunds (if applicable) may take 2–7 business days to reflect.
Orders cancelled after food preparation or dispatch.
Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, wrong phone number).
Dissatisfaction due to taste, preference, or subjective quality (as eBee only facilitates vendor products).
Cashback, loyalty points, and referral rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable once credited.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but can be fully used for future orders.
