Refund & Cancellation Policy

At eBee – India’s Last Minute App, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel an order and request a refund.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer before the vendor accepts/prepares the order.

  • Once an order has been accepted and processed by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.

  • For services, cancellation requests must be made before the service provider has been dispatched.


2. Refunds

  • If an order is cancelled before acceptance, the full amount will be refunded.

  • If the vendor is unable to fulfill the order, the payment will be refunded.

  • Refunds for failed or incomplete orders will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Wallet refunds (if applicable) may take 2–7 business days to reflect.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders cancelled after food preparation or dispatch.

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, wrong phone number).

  • Dissatisfaction due to taste, preference, or subjective quality (as eBee only facilitates vendor products).


4. Special Offers & Wallet Cashback

  • Cashback, loyalty points, and referral rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable once credited.

  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but can be fully used for future orders.
